Guarantee
All our products have at least 1 years guarantee, unless otherwise stated.

Quality Warranty

If any product proves defective within the manufacturers guarantee period customers should use the warranty arrangements specifically provided by that manufacturer. Manufacturers warranty does not apply to wear and tear, or if a product has been damaged or misused.

It is important that you return the prepaid warranty card promptly to the manufacturer so as to ensure computer registration, guaranteeing the full warranty period is granted. Failure to register the appliance in such circumstances may result in a shorter product warranty cover than that stipulated. This does not apply to equipment manufactured by CEOnline which will be automatically registered upon despatch.

Some products are sold with manufacturers "Back to base" guarantee, in the event of a breakdown, we will arrange to have the goods returned to the manufacturer for repair, we cannot offer a loan or replacement machine in these cases.

Only goods supplied within the UK mainland have 1 year parts and labour guarantee unless otherwise stated.

Returns Policy

If you are within the UK mainland and want to return a product to us within 30 days of its delivery to you, it must be unused, in its original packaging and complete with instruction manuals. Provided the goods were not supplied to you by special order and are currently shown in our catalogue or website we will arrange to have the goods collected at no cost to you. Items supplied to you by special order that are not listed in our catalogue or on our website may not be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. All refrigerated goods are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged upon delivery. Customers are reminded that they should satisfy themselves that the product they are ordering is suitable for their requirements and no responsibility is placed with CEOnline for their decision. We reserve the right to charge an admin fee on all returns.

A goods return authorisation number is required from CEOnline which can be obtained by contacting Customer Services on 0845 094 2374.

Delivery

Wherever possible CEOnline will deliver from stock or direct from the manufacturer. No charge is made for the delivery of orders to mainland UK addresses unless specifically stated. Delivery charges and times to other addresses are subject to quotation.
