Lincat Opus OSC101 - Electric Self Cooking Centre
The Opus SelfCooking Center is easier to use than any conventional combi steamer. Using a touch screen you simply select the food and how you want it cooked. The SelfCooking Center does the rest, automatically selecting the cooking mode, temperature time and humidity levels. It then monitors the entire cooking process 3,600 times an hour, making adjustments as necessary!

Whilst the Lincat Opus Self Cooking Center is designed to minimise the build up of limescale within the unit, it is recommended that a water treatment is installed with all models.
