In normal operation the unit can drain either into the drip tray or the main drain for complete flexibility.
The flat element means constant hot water output, but limits scale build up.

Boiling water is held at +/- 0.75°c, ensuring constant boiling water even as the unit is filling.

We strongly recommend the fitting of a commercially suitable water softener or filter to your incoming water supply when purchasing a Burco AFCT10 or AFCT20.
Manufacturers will not honour a warranty claim if limescale damage is the cause of break down.
