Ozone Knife Sterilising Cupboard - KS10610
This knife sterilising cupboard negates the need to sterilise your knives in hot water at 82°C or above.
Simply wash knives in the normal way, remove excess water,attach to the magnetic strip, turn the dial,and the job is done.
Used extensively in hospitals to sterilise instruments, the cupboard uses ozone to sterilise the utensils which is safe, clean, easily controlled and has low energy consumption.
Maintenance is easy, simply replace the ozone bulb, in the same way as you would a normal light bulb, and wipe out with a dry cloth as water should never be applied directly to the cupboard.
This unit does not use ultra violet light.
