ETI 800-808 - Brass Sugar and Jam Thermometer

This traditional brass sugar and jam thermometer indicates temperature over the range of +40 to +200°C in 2°C divisions. The scale is clearly marked for caramel, crack, hard ball, soft ball, jam and sterilise.
The thermometer's brass casing measures 9 x 47 x 244mm plus 40mm copper handle.
