This versatile bowl cutter chops garlic, parsley, nut, fruits, meat, vegetables etc.It produces within a few seconds: mayonnaise, herb-butter, steak tartar, chopped meat, vegetables for soup, mousse, sauces, pastry etc.
Safety features include a no voltage release switch and thermal safety cut-out. The machine cannot be operated without the cover in place
