This stylish stainless steel bain marie from King Edward is available in two sizes.
There is a choice of units to suit every foodservice situation – single or double gastronorms; with or without illuminated gantry; with or without optional sneeze screen.
The double bain marie has two full sized gastronorm areas which can be heated independently of each other for maximum flexibilty and energy saving.
