The SV25 water bath is designed for commercial kitchens to the specification of award winning chefs.
The SV25 includes accurate temperature control, circulated water for constant temperatures throughout the baths, plenty of options for separating the portions and reliable boil dry protection.
Features:
*Digital display includes both "Set" and "Actual" temperature control to within 0.1ºC.
*Low water level warning including boil-dry protection.
*Unique agitation pumps water regularly around the bath to eliminate hot and cold spots.
*Five timers including hours, minutes and seconds.
