The TurboChef Eco is the most compact and efficient TurboChef rapid cook oven available. At just over 400mm wide and simple plug-and-play power, the Eco can be installed in the narrowest of spaces, making it great for sites with very limited room.
Despite its small size, performance isn't compromised. With powerful impingement and microwave cooking, you can finish meals in lightning fast times. Digital programme controls further reduce prep times - simply load the food, select one of the 256 programmes and close the door. Nachos, toasties and pastries are cooked in seconds with deliciously crispy finishes. And as the Eco is so efficient, there's no need for overhead extraction or hardwired electrical connections.
