The Nemox Gelato Chef 5L Automatic ice cream maker is a professional, compact gelato machine that automatically creates gelato and ice cream to the highest standards.

Softwarecontrolled perfect results

The Gelato Chef 5L incorporates Nemox’s software which allows you to control the density of your product and also stores your preparation at a constantly maintained temperature, so you can prepare it ahead of time and deal with other tasks in the kitchen. The gelato maker intelligently senses when the mixture is at the correct consistency and then automatically enters storage mode, so it does all the hard work for you. It allows you to make up to 1 kg (1 quart) of product in just 20 to 30 minutes.

Robust construction and hygienic design

The body of the gelato ice cream maker is made completely from stainless steel and has a compact, countertop design so can discretely work away in the corner of your kitchen. It features a fixed bowl made from 18/10 stainless steel and also a removable stainless steel bowl with a handle for easy removal. Its blade is also constructed from stainless steel and has removable scrapers, which are highly durable and easy to clean. As soon as you lift the lid, a magnetic device stops the paddle, so your safety is guaranteed.

We offer a one year warranty as standard, should you experience any issues, but this is very unlikely due to the excellent design of this ingenious gelato machine.
