Kisag HotWhip - Heats & Blends Sauces

Prepare fresh sauces quickly and easily with the Kisag Hotwhip. Simply put ingredients for upto 2 litres of sauce directly in the jug and the Hotwhip will do the rest, allowing chefs time to be spent on other tasks.

• Heats and blends sauces
• RPM ranges from 900 to 6000 for flexibility
• Gentle stirring motion prevents skin from forming
• 2 litre capacity (max 1 litre of produce) for up to 2 litres of light and airy sauce
• 40°C to 95°C in 5°C increments
• 350w motor, continuous run of up to 3 hours producing up to 450w of heat
