This electric Bain Marie from the heavy duty Opus 800 range has an accurate thermostatic control which maintains food at a constant, safe temperature. The OE8601 feautres a unique easy to clean flush fitting plate element and boil-dry protection which prevents the element from overheating and failing. There is also a robust front mounted tap for easy drainage and cleaning.
