If you are experiencing an issue with your appliance, we recommend that you check the troubleshooting guides in the user manual first. If it cannot be resolved in this way, please complete the form below and return to us.
We reserve the right to charge for the initial engineer’s inspection and any subsequent repair costs if upon inspection the failure is not covered under warranty. This includes incorrect Installation, neglect, misuse, lack of maintenance, insufficient cleaning and scale build up.
Faults due to the failure of consumable components, such as doors/seals/handles, incorrect plugs, light bulbs, switches, glass, fuses and any removable items are not covered under warranty and can be purchased by contacting our sales team.
