Product Warranties
If you are experiencing an issue with your appliance, we recommend that you check the user guide first. There are often some troubleshooting questions that you can go through which could resolve your issue. We also recommend that you check that you have been using the item as instructed by the guide. This is because warranties can be void if you have not followed the manufacturer's guide / have misused the product.
If the above is applicable then the warranty call our will be chargeable, so we try to prevent this where possible.
Machine failures due to the following will not be covered under warranty:
- Neglect
- Incorrect Installation
- Misuse
- Insufficient Maintenance
- Insufficient Cleaning
- Scale Build Up
